Terms of Service

The contract for using WinTheSpot as a free Player or paid Showcase member.

WinTheSpot is a daily skill-game platform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Every authenticated player receives exactly five ranked attempts per UTC day. Payment never buys extra attempts, score, difficulty, tie-breaks, or Champion.

The client submits gameplay evidence. The server validates and scores. Client-reported scores are discarded.

Practice and anonymous demo scores are unofficial and never enter the leaderboard.

Showcase membership expands what a featured Spot can contain. It does not change competitive outcomes.

We may suspend accounts or hide project content. Suspension does not wipe historical scores or Champion records.

These Terms are a product stub pending owner counsel review. Version identifiers are recorded when you accept them.
